Welcome to the registration page for AIP 2024 co-locating with NFO-17, COMMAD 2024 & ANZCOP.
All persons intending to attend the Congress must complete an online Registration Form.

Early Bird Registrations
To be entitled to the early registration fee you must have registered and paid by 6 September 2024, 11:59 AEST
Post Graduate / Retiree Registrations
(i) A post-graduate registrants are students who have completed their undergraduate studies and are currently pursuing further education at an advanced level, through master’s or doctoral programs. (ii) A retiree is an individual who has concluded their career in a particular field or profession and has transitioned into retirement.
Undergraduate Registrations
An undergraduate is defined as a student currently enrolled in a Bachelor, Honours or Masters program. Undergraduates are required to supply identification of their tertiary institution, alternatively, an international tertiary student card can be provided (submitted in English). A copy of your student identification card must be uploaded during the registration process or emailed to the Congress Managers via email register.aip2024@arinexgroup.com. Without this, the full registration fee will be charged.
Day Registrations
The 2-day registrations are limited to the undergraduate and teacher registration category. Member and non-member standard, post-graduate/retiree registration categories, only 1-day options are available for the day registration category.

Please note communications sent by external travel providers are not associated with Arinex Pty Ltd. All official event travel and accommodation arrangements, and communications regarding your registration will be sent to you directly by Arinex Pty Ltd.

Full Congress registrations receive the following:
- Morning, lunch and afternoon break catering
- Access to the Welcome Reception
- Opportunity to purchase additional guest tickets for social functions, if required
- Entry to the trade exhibition across the Congress days
- Access to discounted accommodation rates at nearby hotels, available exclusively for Congress attendees
Day Congress, Teacher and Undergraduate registrations receive the following, for the nominate day/s:
- Morning, lunch and afternoon break catering
- Opportunity to purchase additional guest tickets for social functions, if required
- Entry to the trade exhibition Congress days, for the nominated day/s
- Access to discounted accommodation rates at nearby hotels, available exclusively for Congress attendees
Registration confirmation
Your completed registration and successful payment will be acknowledged via email with a confirmation of your requirements according to your registration form. Your registration will only be processed or confirmed if payment does accompany your form.
Name badge
Each delegate of the Congress will receive a name badge upon registration. The badge will be your official pass and must be clearly visible at all times to obtain entry to all sessions and to social functions. The Congress Managers expect appropriate behaviour from attendees and reserve the right to revoke the badge and privileges of anyone behaving in an inappropriate manner.
Credit Card
Please note the preferred payment method for online registrations is by credit card, but there is the option to request a tax invoice. Accepted credit cards are MasterCard, Visa and American Express. Please note all transactions by credit card will appear on your statement as payment to ‘Conference by Arinex’.
Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Congress Managers at register.aip2024@arinexgroup.com.
Registration Fees: Cancellations on or before Monday 8 July 2024 will incur a $150.00 AUD cancellation fee. Cancellations from Tuesday 9 July 2024 to Monday 21 October 2024 will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations after Tuesday 22 October 2024 will not be entitled to refunds.
Social Tickets: Payments are non-refundable from Tuesday 19 November 2024.
Note: there will be a $150AUD administration fee charged for refunds on duplicate registration payments.
The program is correct at the time of publishing. The organisers reserve the right to delete, modify or alter items from the program or to delete, modify or alter any aspect of the Congress timetabling and delivery at their sole discretion and without notice. Neither the host organisation(s) nor the Congress Managers will accept any liability for any loss or inconvenience caused to any party consequent to such changes.
The Congress Managers reserve the right to use any recordings whether audio or video and/or any photographs taken at any stage during the Congress for promotional, advertising or reporting of the Congress and/or its content at their sole discretion.
The Organiser of AIP 2024 Congress co-locating with NFO-17, COMMAD 2024 & ANZCOP 2024 (the “Event”) reserve the right to remove from the venue/Event at any time any attendee deemed to be causing, or potentially causing, a disturbance or exhibiting disruptive or inappropriate behaviour. Such removal does not constitute a right to refund of any fees paid. Please view the Code of Conduct here which all attendees are expected to comply with.
